Here is my current Bla…Bla… Bla…, deal with it!

You know life is like a rollercoaster…
Think of all the people you have met over the years. Really, stop and think of that person you met months or even years ago that you no longer talk to. Now think of the people how you associate with right now, and think of what you are willing to share with that person and think of what they are willing to share with you. Now picture what relationship you are able to foster with anyone of those people for the next day of the next ten years.

As we age we inherently try to make ourselves more and more busy, who do you really connect with? Think about it, but in the end, it is those relationships that you build along the way that help define you and those around you in shaping the person you are right now.

Regardless of where you want to be tomorrow, five years, ten years, etc.. later don’t forget those around you in how they have impacted your life and the time you have been granted to share with everyone else.

As I sit here and evaluate the past 12 months of my life I remember the trips, the rides, the discussions, the arguments, the parties, the races, the pub crawl, the people, and the places. You guys are the greatest, you know who you are. All of you that I have had even the shortest time with, I thank you for every moment.

For the trails, rides, races, and gatherings I hope for many more! This community in Omaha is amazing there are truly great things happening and there only getting better. In a short few weeks I will finish my own personal stranglehold and hopefully be able to rebound back into the community.

So until then, ride hard, study hard, live hard (take that as you will), and if nothing else, ENJOY LIFE because last time I checked you only get to do this once. So, get out and enjoy it, share the love, and enjoy the simple pleasures of friends, family, and a bike ride. See you out on the trails.
On your left…
